Apparently Topgrounding isn't the most effective way to ground. It's too close to tantra, we're supposed to be doing KOPgrounding (kundalini).
Shit. All those hours of palmy. Wasted :| :P

THE best way to ground is DUMPGrounding. While you are unloading the leftover dinner of the day, you ground to palmy to make the synaptic connection to shit. That way you know for sure its a bunch of crap! Try it and let me know how it goes. Always remember i am the world authority on dumpGrounding.

THAT'S where your forum name is from?!? Man...The Mask of Zorro was a PROFOUND movie...almost a deep as The Matrix. Possibly even deeper because it is a swashbuckler on the surface but there is SO MUCH STUFF GOING ON under the hood! Excellent! :mrgreen:

Actually my real name is Diego. I grew up watching El Zorro tv show as a kid, and Don Diego de la Vega was my favourite hero for a long time.
