letting go of the past & negative emotions in order to become your own best friend & Free ain't easy...
Sure wasn't easy for me
I found this book very helpful in regards to letting go...
'surrendering' is the same as 'allowing' (in GP walsh's JAI course)
The Sedona method & The Abundance course also talk about the same concepts.
This book gave me another angle on letting go (sometimes even the most simple things need repetition or to be looked at from a different angle...)
I'm also a big fan of Lester Levenson and everything that was passed on after him.
Some say David Hawkins and Lester developed the sedona method together but later went their separate ways, some say they just exchanged some ideas, but it doesn't matter.
The concept of allowing\letting go is as old as Buddha and maybe even before him.
Just a note: This book does not talk about letting go with the three questions (sedona method\the abundance course style) but more diving into the experience (like GP talks about).
I don't like comparing between methods I just had to explain that even if someone already read the sedona method book or did the abundance course or the JAI course-
he can still get value out of this book.
If you never did sedona method or the abundance course or the JAI course- you can still read this book, apply it and Maybe you won't need anything else.
The idea (letting go\allowing) is the same but there are different styles\ways of explaining\teaching it...
