I should have watched it a long time ago

No matter though, I especially enjoy the power level cloaking. There are many other important things hidden throughout it too.

Better late than never.

There is one part of the later arcs I dislike but is especially relevant, we can discuss that after you watch it, don't wanna spoil. :p

The small background things are really starting to show through

Too bad :? ..they're ruining a good show :(

I'm on Season 4 and the big thing right now is Krillin's gf and they way everyone behaves around her and him putting himself at her whims to keep her approval

Gohan's mom was always in the picture creating the wrong dynamic but she wasn't in a lot of the episodes.

That certainly won't bode well for Gohan.

Stay tuned. 8-)

No, but you'll still miss some good anime...

How he missed his beloved grandpa gohan, then how he met the gold digger bulma, the red ribbon gang, yamcha, oolong, pua, tao pai pai, uranai baba, ten shin han, chaos, 1st tournament of martial arts, piccolo daimaku... etc... Also how kakaroto has developed as a boy thru teenage times. Until the stupid ass mofo married chichi and got his son gohan.

And nobody talks about the 42 volumes of the manga ? Pfffft

I read them for the first time (*auto-slap*) wednesday and thursday (total 15+ hours, unlike more than 500 episodes (153 of DB + 291 of DBZ + 68 of GT + OVAS + Films ...) of 20 minutes -> approximately 200 hours ...)

Good, GREAT, EPIC MANGA.

To start : v01c01 :

or : http://www.tenmanga.com/chapter/DragonBall1/143577/

I always like Japanese Anime when I was younger and always thought the dragon ball video games looked bad ass (we didn't get them in the states when I was a kid) -- what's the best way to check this out in the right order

This is the only anime I really enjoyed. I have this strange urge to turn tv down when I see those crazy faces.

It should be! Bulma's such a BITCH! The World Martial Arts Tournament is awesome to watch. And, Goku and Kirllin's workout with Master Roshi taught me a few things...I'm incorporating a weighted vest (like their turtle vest) in my vertical training; consistency breeds results.

I forgot how sexual Dragon Ball was; Bulma in a bunny suit and the female in the tournament had the special power of "looks".
