Finished the book on Friday.

Very interesting / thought provoking. A Must read in my opinion.
Starts off completely neuroscience / brain transmitters stuff, to end up NaturalFreedom territory.

Difference between Happiness / Contentment is very well explained, so is the Pleasure / Fear movement, how some people use it against ourselves, how "we" let them / encourage them, and how to stop it (NF territory here).

I won't expand much, but very informative book.
