Excellent book by Steven Low. It's about achieving high level gymnastic skills.

I switched away from Convict Conditioning over time. I find there's not enough volume to make consistent gains over time. I also decided to lean down a bit. I'm about 190ish now at 6'1.

Can do 15 pullups, One Arm Pushups, Headstand Pushups against the wall, Stand to Stand Bridges. Pistols and Shrimp Squats.
Now that I've perfected Stand to Stand Bridging I plan to learn Manna. Which is an advanced form of a floor V-sit. Except you keep lifting your legs until they are over top of you and parallel to the ground. I cannot do a L-Sit yet so I definitely have my work cut out. Also working on building up reps on Headstand Pushups to start working on true Handstand Pushups.

Also training in a form of classical jujitsu.

How's everyone else's training going?

Risk to benefit ratio.

A load of new sports wear, I've been going to my regular
training spot / pull up bar even in - 30 C weather (-22 F).
I saw 1 other person there, training at 6am. (Mountain bike skills)

Interesting stuff. To this day, I'm still surprised at how much mass I gained when I was doing gymnastic type stuff one year abroad.

I'm doing my best to go to the gym 3 times a week, and do a modified Doggcrapp template there (you have only 1 "heavy-set", which is a rest-pause set consisting of 3 sets to failure in between a short break of 10 deep breaths between each "set"). Then sprinting 2 times a week on the track we have by my house (thank god for global warming), and playing the futsal leage my team is a part of.

But what I've noticed is that diet is extremely key. I have absolutely no problem keeping muscle (like, I can almost starve and keep muscle mass, or gain it back relatively quickly), but that comes at the price of gaining and keeping fat quite easily as well. So finding the balance here (basically eating enough normal meal-type food and eliminating the nonsense) has been what I've had to keep getting better at.

What was surprisingly effective during the fall was using my bike to get to and from work/school. I live on a hill about 4 km away from both work and school, so waking up by going downhill and getting some cardio in going back home has been great. Really looking forward to it once the snow disappears.

The bigger I get, the less I should train to grow even bigger.

I'm going down from 5-6h /week to 4-5h /week.
Avoiding all redundant calories burning.

+ 7 months and + 3 kg steady gains with body weight exercises and boulder lifting/throwing.
(People, this is easy if you've already been past 100 kg / 220 lbs 'ghost limit' before. )

Weight today ; 93 kg / 205 lbs

My bench press is the same.
+I will try the 225 lbs combine bench challenge for maximum reps.
(Like the one they do in NFL scouting events)

+Vertical jump training added to the program, and pistol squats left out for a while.
(My leg muscles seem to have responded to this fast.)

+Sleep 8-12 hours and not doing anything extra. Planning my next business.
I stopped learning new languages for now. My next language project
will be English grammar. (+ 300 Grammatical items)

Very cool man. Stupid impressive stats on the BP.

I'll have to focus on getting more sleep too, something I've had trouble accepting (sleeping in, seeing it as "lazy").

Fear of success is not really that, it is a fear of delayed failure.
