Hey guys,
This is my 1st post since I've decided to start posting here again (don't really feel like sharing my insights just yet). One thing I have started doing is the PLP challenge. Check out the link if you want:

Basically, it's a systematic increase of bodyweight workout volume. You work out every day, and start out at:
10 push-ups
10 lunges (per leg)
10 pull-ups
And increase it by one every day. Today, I knocked out 30 of each. You'll obviously start to do more than one set per each, but the goal is to do this every single day and to have a systematic increase of volume. 20 days of this and I'm starting to feel the toll, especially with a newfound running program, but it's quite good.
Hope some of you guys find it interesting and maybe try it out.
Peace.
