I was looking to impersonate a type of Shakespeare style with that title, but onto a more important issue...
I've written down some goals for myself & on the top of the list is LOVE MYSELF!
Loving myself unfortunately hasn't been the been my strongest point. I'm actually much more skilled at pushing and punishing myself
I was wondering if any of you guys could recommend some good reads on Self Love?
See what i focused on?
I gave you your answer to your question.
Understand that love is more than just being nice to yourself. You must be honest.
Check out The Handbook of Epitectus. I just posted information in Movies, Books, and Videos section. The book gives you the process to becoming happy.
Love is an understanding with the self, being honest to yourself and others, being forthright, pushing yourself and punishing yourself for not living up to your standards and truly loving yourself, creating a space for you to communicate deeply with yourself, setting aside personal time, taking yourself on weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly dates, flirting with your mind, allowing yourself to focus on what you want to achieve, etc.
Love is a process. Love is not an end.
