Pretty good site, I've had a few really good lucids this week. Including one where I was dreaming I was having a lucid dream lol. I'm noticing a lot of trends toward altered states of mind in the movies a lot lately with Inception and Limitless being the two big ones. Anyways this guy has a really unique approach, he teaches you to use your body's natural sleep rythym and chemistry to maximize your chances at a lucid. His timer method is really good as well. Theres a lot of free stuff on his site definitely worth checking out |

You'll get a lot of junk mail lol, I just delete it though. The Timer was pretty worth it. He talks about doing all your lucid inductions between 4;30 and 5:30-6. For reasons of body chemistry as well as how to induce chained lucid dreams which is the easiest for me, I've chained like 5 or 6 together before. What else do you wanna know? |

"A lucid dream is a dream in which one is aware that one is dreaming."
But what is the point? Sounds fun though.

Sure, I trained myself in the habits of checking to see if I'm dreaming and pretty much every dream I have is lucid...has been since I was 16. It's been kinda on and off, and its hard with shift work...so im brainstorming on how to work with that. My problem is dream recall and maintaining lucidity. The most effective way is to fall asleep while maintaining consciousness. WILD is the technique that's called. A variation thats much easier is called chaining lucid dreams. GK, the benefits are pretty awesome I've met the surface of my subconscious Seen amazing places. Met dream characters that tell me stuff about myself. Your brain makes it as real as waking reality |

I had like 4 or 5 lucid dreams last night. I got to ask my subconscious how many calculations it can make a second...kinda of a ridiculous answer. It said it can perform 2,500,000,000,000,000 calculations a second. |
