I haven't seen the videos but having come close to death myself I can say this does bring perspective if you tend to think small. Contemplating your mortality can aid you to focus on your purpose in life but the more you do it you might instill in yourself a fear of the unknown ie immortality and what we become after death if anything does happen. It's ironic because death is one of the only absolutes yet one of the most common fundamental fears we share. |
