link: http://gt-6.com/sdb/viewtopic.php?t=11718
check it out and post your results
the way i do the technique is a modified version, so ask me if need be

There's definitely something to it. What he says makes sense about the energy flowing downward, it feels very natural to do. I'm gonna give this a go with manifestations and see what happens.

Besides releasing blocks have you manifested anything with this technique?

i dont use it for manifestations, i use it to release negative emotions and blockages, i think of it like sedona method im sure it will work for manifestations too, but for manifestations i use affirmations and visualizations

I'm very open minded regarding different releasing techniques so I checked it out and it's kinda confusing - how are you supposed to stand? I did not understand the posture he suggested. yoyoyo, could you explain?

Hey Bonder, you are probably over thinking it too much like I did when I first started out. He says in the book to bend your legs, but it's a little more than that. Basically you want to drop your center of gravity, let your bodyweight sink into the soles of your feet. You only need a slight bend in the knees, just enough so you can drop your weight.

It should feel like your entire body is being supported by your skeletal structure, you should naturally feel a connection from the bottom of your feet all the way to the top of your head. Then just for the compression he talks about, kind of pump your legs. Rise slightly up on the inhale, then on the exhale drop your center of gravity downwards again.

The important thing to remember is the feeling. Don't pay attention to how much you should bend your knees or how low you should go. Just relax completely and let your weight drop to the soles of your feet.

If you need any more help just let me know. It's a little confusing at first but if you just stop thinking and go with what feels natural then it should work out pretty well. The idea here is you are using the force of gravity to release your blockages downwards. You will know it is working because you will feel all kinds of emotions and tension slide downward towards the ground.

That is an awesome recommendation, yoyoyo and I really thank you for that! Altough I also thought it was quite confusing at first.

Since a few days I do my mirror affirmations in this position and the resistance that comes up goes away very quick.

Very lovely stuff man!

This sounds very similar to Zhan Zhuang (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zhan_zhuang)

If so, good luck with your adventures, you will have many interesting discoveries to make.

You might find the book in this post an interesting read - http://www.naturalfreedom.info/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=221

hey guys the way i do it is i dont go up and down i just stay down and focus on relaxing my whole body especially upper body as much as possible also another thing i started using that boosted my results is the wall. go against the wall and slide down and you can go lower when you use the wall i go as low as 90 degrees so it looks like im sitting on a chair and make sure your feet are out forward enough so you can do that and the releases you feel are amazing i remember the first time i did this position on the wall i felt just chunks of energy fall down it was incredible its almost like an object falls from your solar plexus down
vegano i experimented with doing it with mirror affirmations also and yeh it helps release any resistance that comes up, its good but my legs and knees got so sore after from doin it so much so i just do it separate from affirmations lol

thanks for the advise yoyoyo, however I'm now officialy done reading your posts.

I told you at least two times in the past to work on your sentence structure, put dots and commas where appropriate and separate into paragraphs Otherwise it's annoying as hell to read what you're saying. Yet, you still keep writing on the forum like a Kid writes mobile text messages. :|

I don't understand why it's so dam difficult for you to write a message like everyone else here.

but that's just me.... I'm only speaking for myself. I hope other guys enjoy your posts. And if you do think about what I just said for the third time already :|
then your posts would get more attention and more value.....

lol man its so automatic for me i just type and type, i'll do my best 8-)

Did you see that gap? lol

also im saying this for your own good, if paragraphs annoy you then you need to start really letting go of things man, i mean i will start doing the paragraphs the way you said because it does make sense but is it really a big deal and a meaningful thing.
Like dont let my horrible writing skills make you feel bad lol

As brent says nothing means anything but the meaning you give it

Hey Libertas I just uploaded it for you :

http://sharebee.com/1965288a

And thanks for the help freespirit. I still can't really feel the energy in my legs but I guess that's a matter of time. The thing with where to focus my bodyweight is much clearer now and I do feel a release.

Guys I find that after about 10 minutes my quads are starting to burn, and I find it difficult to continue (and of course the lower I get the more pressure there is), anyone had a similar experience?

There is definitely something here, I feel a very subtle release and I have a good feeling about this.

Haha you guys blow my mind with this new age hippie shit.

But, for 2011, I'm going to be a little more open minded. Does that mean I'm going to do this shit? HELL NO!

But, I will try to say 'Hooey!' less and let different folks have their different strokes. I mean, Dumbo thought it was a freaking feather that gave him the ability to fly...then later learned that it was all him all along. But, by the time he realized it, he was already flying.

If this is what some of you guys need to start flying today, then so be it. 8-)

Lots of this "new age hippie shit" helped me tremendously emotionally, helped me with my career, helped me in social situations and also helped me in terms of help. So I can be a testimonial to that (although of course there is lots of shit out there).

You might be really good with women, you might even be really good in helping guys succeed with women and that's great, and I'm glad we all have the opportunity to talk to you here, but what makes you think you know it all and can determine whether something is useless, unless you actually tried it?

Firstly, ain't any 'might be' about it...secondly, did you even read what I wrote? :|

I'm not gonna try it...one, because I think it's silly stupid retarded, and two because I don't need it. I'm entitled to my opinion, just as you are entitled to yours.

If standing a certain way while praising yourself in the mirror works for you, then more power to you. See, I even said that with a straight face...okay, I lost it and now I'm laughing  ...but anyhoo... :ugeek:

I mean seriously, read the 1st sentence in the paragraph directly above this sentence...doesn't that sound just a little bit hilarious, even to you? :|

it's a matter of an individual's point of view. I used to do NG which now I find ridiculous, and I think affirmations are useless, however I was at least open minded about it... If it's ridiculous but it can help me, then why not? Many people would say that going to a mall or a club, sitting down and start observing people sounds hilarious to them - and people here definitely don't think so. I don't care how it looks or if it is logical to me, if I keep listening to the same logic that failed me with women for so long, I probably won't get very far, will I?

I'm sure that almost anyone would agree, in retrospect, that sitting in a mall doing 1st hand observation of real life human behavior and interaction is MUCH more saner than masturbating while watching music videos featuring a certain female artist...just sayin'.

anyone should do what they think is good for them. I do affirmations and I think it's great....
Natural grounding- after doing it for a long time giving it the chance it deserves: Hooey
Sedona method- very good.

some of the new age stuff is BS some of it is great. Sometimes only by trial and error will one know if it's good or not....

Well Shay I think you concluded it well. BTW, I never masturbated while watching female artists (unless you believe porn is a form of art), I only found out after I joined this forum that Rion recommended this, and that's why I'm convinced he's become a lunatic. But that's a different topic. :D

i have bought this book.
just to understand this what Jack is saying is
let all the energy, all emotions, everything that comes up, let it simply flow into gravity.

1. feel the energy of gravity inside your legs. rising to the level of thighs/buttocks
2. all/everything all energy falling into that. all feelings pictures emotions... everything going into gravity...

can someone tell me something?
