Heres my most recent experience of chakras that impresses me.
A few days ago my illness got worse, and its not the illness I thought it was, yet to be featured on criminal minds though... Which I'm watching now:P

There's a chakra between your knees and your genitals and I don't think its the root chakra its something else.

I've been messing with it and in doing so my illness is weakened and its pretty easy for me to get in to the Now.

That is one of the 7 Lower Chakras.


Vitala Chakra corresponds to Raging Anger. (Thighs)

Lowest is the Patala Chakra which is Murder and Malice. (Soles of the Feet)

I´ve not consciously studied them, though, but ran into them about 2 years ago.

Well one of the symptoms of the illness is a massive murderous rage that takes over so this explains things to me!
