This book is a good place to start "King, Warrior, Magician, Lover: Rediscovering the Archetypes of the Mature Masculine". by Robert Moore. in regards the how-to , I am a practitioner of Zivorad Slavinsky's Techniques. You can find very potent techniques on his Book "Return to Oneness" that you can adapt and personalize to working with the Shadow. Other techniques are the 6-step reframing method of Core Transformation NLP. Jung's Active Imagination technique or The Voice Dialog technique found in the Book "Embracing Ourselves" by Hal Stone. |

Maybe I will read it again cause I don't remember getting practical advise from it I heard good things about Zivorad Slavinski but never read anything by him maybe I'll add him to my reading list |
