I got introduced to it through the community, it was mentioned on Style thing by Steve P. Not the best place to learn things but hey whatever. It's basis is a system of spiritual growth it's claimed to be one of the oldest ones (over 35,000 years). Here's its principals.

IKE awareness, the world is what you think it is
everything is a dream, all systems are arbitrary

KALA freedom, there are no limits, everything is connected, separation is a useful illusion

MAKIA concentration,( and my personal fav) energy flows where attention goes
everything is energy

MANAWA- persistence, now is the moment of power
everything is relative, power increases with sensory attention, presence

ALOHA- Love, To love is to be happy with, love increases as judgment decreases, everything is alive, aware, and responsive, blessing

MANA-confidence, all power comes from within
everything has power, power comes from authority(for me this is a internal authority),empowering

PONO - Wisdom Effectiveness is the measure of truth
there is always another way to do anything, the means determines the end, dream weaving.

There's also a lot of healing techniques, and a way to drop into trance instantly. James Tad a Master NLP practionier has a program and a lot to say on the subject.
