The version my teacher poses is more like "alone, naked, in the middle of a country where you don't speak the language." These are still the external ones, too -- the deeper ones move towards who are you without any of the thoughts you have about yourself? What if your mind was deleted overnight like a reformatted harddrive. Nothing. Who are you? |
