@peregrinus and all others I've been doing a lot of contemplating on letting go and the lester stuff and all that. Spent a lot of time doing the process lester outlines and then stopped because it seemed to0 mechanical. The big realization I had is that the only advice needed is to think of holding a rock in your outstretched hand, and then letting it go, fall to the ground. SO EFFORTLESS! It's really as easy as that. Like 'grinus says - "Let It Go". Simple. Any time I feel neediness for a girl, (or any negative, even positive egotistical feelings) I simply acknowledge it and let it go: the emotion, the feeling, any physical responses. Let it go like it just evaporates out of my body. Puts me immediately into a state of complete openness and contentedness and presence. The solutions in life to our problems are usually the most fundamental, simple answers, it's just arriving at those insights can sometimes be a journey.

Nice work man. At one point in your life, even attempting to walk was incredibly difficult and effort-ful, until you could just do it. Appreciate the time you spent w/ whatever material or whatever you did to get you to the place of it being simple and effortless. It always looks effortless and simple in retrospect (even things that actually are simple, hehe, your last sentence was right on ) It was all valuable and part of the process.. not a moment was wasted and you did exactly what you needed to. Acknowledge yourself.
