ZOMGZ I'm a genious! Well, no Paul McKenna is... Paul McKenna has a book called Instant Confidence and included is a very snazzy Hypnotica thrashing hypnosis CD¬ I used it a few days ago I had to stop because it made me a little 'too' confident... If you have NG and know your ways around women and then you use this CD you still hav Natural Grounding but you and it are put on steroids and you've the balls to talk to any man or woman you want! Its unreal what that CD does! Since I stopped doing NG my confidence is in mking a lot of dirty jokes whereas if I was grounded it would be in just being myself! So Yes! Go forth! Get Paul McKennas book, its cheaper than Hypnotica! |

yo bro -- can you tell me a little bit of what is on the CD - what topics he focuses on to help with your confidence. I'm looking for something to do with grounding (probably before I ground), something very relaxing and empowering.. this sounds interesting. |

Confidence in general really, nothing about women but it can be if you want it to be, it would have to be experienced but its well worth the money! Feeling more powerful and self assured and such, although I have help from Nathaniel Branden with that one which is cheaper again, Hypnotica charges $147 what Branden achieves ith $7.99 in How to Raise Your Self Esteem. NG gets ove anxieties surrounding women such as AA and all that while the hypnosis CD takes care of the rest. I'd reccomend EFT for social anxieties and such. www.yangtown.com should have a free ebook with some EFT in it! |

Hey Aztecsfinest, Is this book and CD also advisable for someone which hasn't english as a native language? My english isn't very good and the understanding took some time for me to translate the english things in german if someone is speaking. |

Your unconcious mind will pick up on the english words that you do know, maybe there's a german version somewhere. |
