Seriously, having a healthy ego is good...self value is important. The key is knowing WHEN to let your ego go in exchange for a favorable outcome. :ugeek:

Still learning to tell the difference between the two.

My ego provides me with that snapped feeling I cannot stand when someone trys to play games with me or use me. The one that makes me unable to bear not standing up for myself.

I will not stand for games, from women, work people, or friends/roomates.

An example the derrickhand at work and the motorhand both above me on the title scale have been fucking around. Anyways he was up in the derrick 60 feet up (high) (as in drugs high) and making mistakes that clearly showed he was not in the correct frame to be doing his job. Since I will be down where his mistakes will have effect was not happy.

Long story short he tried to treat me like a child after my shift for something minor. My ego snapped and I pwned him. Feels good :mrgreen:
