A lot of people make 'letting go' such a big deal, like it's a really hard and complicated thing to do, when in actuality, it couldn't be simpler.

I'm sure some guys have got value from going through stuff like Sedona and whatever other things. I tried Sedona for a while but shit just got stupid after a while, so I let it go

Think of something that's bothering you. Something that's been pissing you off lately.

Take a deep breath.

Breathe out and just say (or scream, if appropriate) Fuck It!

Got no money? Fuck it
Not getting laid? Fuck it

Whatever. Say Fuck It to your issues. Say Fuck It to wanting to be different somehow.

Like Kidd said, work on what you change, accept the rest. How do you accept it it? Say Fuck It to worrying about it. You've got a 2 inch cock? Shrug your shoulders, say 'Whatever, fuck it, it's how I am'. This is the start of loving yourself - self acceptance, which means not trying to control all the silly shit that you can't control, and really means nothing anyway.

Try it and feel the tension go.
