Do yoga, honestly the postures combined with the stretching amplifies the states you experience by a lot. Well worth it, also the ratio of guys to girls is like 6:1 which is always nice 8-)

EDIT: Just make sure to look at the class lol, and don't do any of the feminine ones.

I'm experimenting with all of them to find the one I like the best, I've done kundalini, hatha, yin yoga, and a few others theres a really good site on yoga called yogaglo they've got some really interesting ideas on just straight up meditation too.

I heard that kundalini Yoga and Tantra yoga are very powerful (Tantra yoga BTW is not about sex...)

I don't know much about tantra , all I know is it's more of a self-discovery thing than crazy sex.

There might be something to kundalini, I've tried it before. I tried to go to fast and ended up with a lot of headaches and started seeing things so I backed off on it. I'll probably try it at a more gradual pace, there's not very many teachers on it in Canada...and none in Edmonton

EDIT: I think it was the isochronics from Unexplainable that did, he's got really good shit. But I think this is one of those things you gotta take slow.

Also I read that physically there are major nerve centers along the spine that line up in exact location with the reported place of the major chakras. Haven't been able to verify that for myself though.
