There are more and more spam profiles here. Look at the members list, like 5 or more new registrations with strange names every day. I don't know if the "activation by admin" doesn't work or if you let them pass too quickly. I still have the admin rights but I changed my e-mail adress to a non existing one since gettin like 5 mails daily because of registrations got annoying like hell

well, it is strange man. I let them in because I don't know which ones are real people and which ones are not..... I have seen some strange use names in other forums that were real people  I don't know what to do about it  At first I thought that maybe some guy was doing this to piss us off, but when I checked I noticed that all new members come from different IP adresses. I don't really know what to do or how to stop this crazy phenomena... any suggestions? |

I do, each time a new member joins I send him a pm but I can't stop them from registering (even when they are fake)...... |

Set up rules that each member resitering has to have certain information in there names so that they can be allowed in to the forum, a certain number or character or something. |
