If i would alter the quote, to a male perspective? I think if someone posted that, we all would think he's a pussy and feeling way desperate.

I guess it could go like this:
"He so desperately needs that woman that can: see past his tough front and bullsh*t, support him, and be that nurture for him - so that he can just relax a little.
