Does it looks as if she is engaging in scientific discussion?. At least , not to me.

I didn't watch her video.

But, isn't it assumed that Yoga can help delve into your shadow / dark side / your consciousness?!

I very much agree with her about "Demonic Doors" as in my opinion it's the case.
It can show you your most intricate fears, your most repressed demons, ... just as meditation, psychedelics, holotropic breathwork, a blank wall ... and many other things.

"External" demons? Nope.

No inner nor external demons encountered during inner work.
There's a physical phenomenon, and a random interpretation.
So what?

The mind is processing things, if it wasn't, it would do something else,
it may go like "♫♫♩♫‿◦" or "meow maow"

The mind likes old programming, the lazy person's brain likes to take a shortcut,
save energy. Label shit. Sometimes the mind likes to finally look at shit and
make itself think you've finally got it.

And the mind is almost sure to tell itself "you're in grave danger! stop it!"
or "oh boy. I'mma need big crutches for this one to be sorted out!"
