We've all dealt with it to some degree.

Today one of my female superiors was bitching about one of my male superiors about some comment he'd made, how 'sexist' he is and how she's 'put up with all this for 20 years' and that if he doesn't watch it he'll be fired, I got a sinking feeling when she said that.

Whenever a woman makes sexist comments about men or how sexist we are towards them I get a sinking feeling, at first it was a feeling of guilt but now it's more like this feeling that we're playing on their turf, it's been like that for the past few years but even stronger now.

I've always been at the mercy of a sexist world that favors women, they have all the favor and they still bitch about this shit, I figure it's an irony I have to have a sense of humor about, if I'd have told her what was on my mind "are you fucking serious? what about all the shit WE have to put up with from YOU?".

Then she told him something like "don't call them girls, they're ladies", THAT was the basis for her sexist rant...jesus christ, I wanted to tell the bitch all the women in the office call us boys so wtf is she bitching about?? but I would have gotten in trouble for that, yet they can get away with any sexist remaks about men in the workplace, fuck this double standard.

I want to rise above this shit rather than be a victim but this sinking feeling I have prevents me from standing up, I don't have the words to say right away or the right ones because my emotions are too intense so if I opened my mouth in those moments I'd probably curse them out, one of these days though I don't give a shit if I get fired, I'm gonna tell a bitch.

I can't just sit there and put up with this shit, for one they've got their equality, and the world spins in THEIR favor, they're in a much better position than we are, it's ironic as fuck!!!.

Has anyone been in situations like this and put them in their place without losing their cool?.

I´ve had women at work tell me crazy shit when left alone just the 2 of us. F.ex one woman said "I love to be ass fucked"

It went to a conversation about what she does w/her husband. So that´s kinda free behavior. It is just a conversation though. A dirty one. I´ve told her about my nameless women to her too.

Since it´s not actually a conversation, she can talk to herself. If she can hold an interesting conversation w/you, about it, then have THAT chat. You CAN ask her why she has become to believe this and that about men. Throwing remarks is the easiest thing on earth.

Lets lay it out and be real.

In the current world, both of these are true:
a) She can say whatever shit she wants and expect to get away with it and you are meant to be flattered and/or amused.
b) You say anything that even slightly comes close to the line and she will hand you your balls in a paper bag courtesy of the HR dept.

Crazy isn't it - LOL!

Of course that is not always true, but that is how it can go.

As always, 'Grinus, it depends on your ability to read properly. I get sexually harassed subtlely and indirectly all the time...I also subtlely dish a little back as well. Most guys just see something they like and speak to it any kind of way instead of taking the time to read if they are actually receptive to them. Since my observation skills are godlike, I have no such repercussions. I get away with some pretty ridiculous shit lol!

The key is to weigh up the reaction beforehand (observation)(trust your gut) together with how you deliver what you are going to. It makes a world of difference.
