A-H is a bullshit scam, there's a huge danger of becoming delusional if you don't take it with a grain of salt, the theory behind it is great but your desires are in your heart and in your mind and they will grow there, so writing them down 100 times daily on a piece of paper and sending 'rockets of desire into the vibrational escrow' is ridiculous.

Anyone can channel with 'higher spirits', it's not a special privilege to Esther, whether she's actually doing it or not though, noone actually knows for sure but she does a good job of convincing fools.
