Post subject:  women in the workplace, thought?

Hey guys, I was having a chat with a good friend. Among other things we talked about women in the workplace. He said that many workplaces prefer to hire women even though Men can do a better job in the same position.

let's put the pay gap aside (which BTW I think doesn't really exist, but I won't get into it now).

my friend said that the reason that a lot of workplaces prefer women is because women are more obedient, or rather: don't question things (at least not as much as men...)

*of course I'm talking in general so don't tell me but I know this one woman who is....*

from my experience in all the places I have worked I did notice that Men tend to question things much more than women, esp. when things are going wrong or are not being done in a good way. Women (for the most part just accept and don't question it)

what do you guys think?

have you encountered the same thing?

p.s
having a woman boss is many times: such a fail....I had many women bosses over the years and more often than not, I went:

Men (Well I wouldn't call them "Men") like to hire women because they think they'll get to fuck them.

Women like to hire women because women hate men...and think they'll have more power over the girl...that they hate as well.

Look around, women have all the comfy government office jobs while men are expected to dig ditches...the matrix is alive and well.

a few questions:

but what if the woman in question is married and even has a family already?
that lowers the chances of that happening, a lot...

I see, they hate men and the hate women as well- but they want power over them...

Yea man. Just last week when I was waiting at the doctor's office this woman had a conversation with me. Out of the blue she said: society doesn't need men but can't survive without women.

So I told her: you don't for a second believe in this BS you just said right?
this building (the doctor's building) was built by men, the air conditioning you are now enjoying was invented by men and is installed in offices, houses and buildings (to this day) by men. The chair you are sitting on was invented by men (and assembled by men to this day)

In my country I never saw even once a woman installing or even fixing air conditioning in cars or buildings...

If women built buildings I don't know how it would look like, my guess:

On a subconscious level, every man is attracted to a hot piece of ass. The circumstances really don't mean anything.

She actually said this? How stupid is she? Shake My Head....

Also, all the new secretaries & entry level people at my work are all women and they are all very hot. Coincidence? I think not.

yea women love to bitch about being oppressed yet I never see them trying to apply for hard work..
A man who doesn't have a job will have to take any job he can get. A woman: she would rather stay unemployed than do this:
