Can't think of more right now, does someone want to continue?
"Love is the most important thing in life.". And with Love they often mean it in that context off: having other people (especially a romantic partner) show or tell you that they: like you, wanting to be with you, help you, and so on.
I think this is an untruth, because having (some) other people giving you approval is by far not the most important thing in life.

"Finding/having romantic Love = happiness." I think this is an untruth also, becausefrom my experience it at best creates a temporairy feeling of joy (although it may sometimes last for some months), it defenately imo doesn't create permanent or a long term feeling of happiness or peace. A (more) permanent feeling of deep peace/happiness, can imo only come from your internal.

You know, for someone who quotes Eckhart Tolle in their signiture, it's quite a shame that you missed the whole point of his book.

How about this for a trap?

Everytime my ex would fuck up, I'd always say, "What did I tell you about thinking?"

Tears.
with females and their emotional driven thinking. tears will flow. a few things have to be taken into account when a female begins to cry.

Yup

You have to find something else to do while she cries :)

Something that does not involve her.

In reference to the original post: thinking is highly overrated. It tends to exaggerate traps and make them more real.
