Get use to it man, your experience in this instance is a microcosm of the world. This is good though, if every guy could jump buildings and stop bullets then it wouldn't be as jaw dropping when you did it.

I prefer working for/with females IN MOST CASES...usually they jock me so I can get away with doing the bare minimum in most cases. The key, tho, is no matter how subtle (subconscious) or overt (conscious) their flirting is, you must NEVER acknowledge it. I mean you can 'mirror' their subconscious advances all day long, but never come out and let them know that you know that there is something 'there' between you two. The moment you do, a timer starts...and if you don't follow thru with fucking the bitch within a certain time period...well, like they say...Hell has no wrath like a woman scorned.

Learned this lesson first hand when I was overseas...remind me to share that story sometime.

Now...not saying you should NEVER fuck chicks you work with...those are usually the easiest ones to bed...but if you do, make sure the contract is AIRTIGHT and understand the consequences should something go awry...ESPECIALLY if they have a significant other. Also, do not initiate overt flirting in the workplace...let observation and analyzation lead you to your prey.
