For the last 2 weeks I haven't jacked off and watched any kind of hardcore porn, now my sexual levels are thru the roof! And the sexual imagery the brain is conjuring is more alluring and hot every moment, I am not resisting it, and the consecuence is that I am pissed off more often more easily. Hardocre boxing training don't seem to dissipate this kind energy.

How can I exploit this energy in a more industrious ways?

How do you guys dealt in a healthy and non confrontative way with this raw and strong energy?... I have to concentrate in my breathing so much in this days. :lol:

Your problem is that you are not fucking enough. Sex relieves inner and outer sexual tension.

Don't try to do anything to get rid of the energy. Recognize the energy and focus on everything else.

1-4 weeks from now you will probably have a wet dream or two. This is the body's way of relieving high amounts of inner

sexual energy.

Your mind has ways of expelling pent up energy. If you keep exercising, working on your hobbies, working, and talking to

females you will start getting different responses from women and men because your mind will start expanding the sex

department. The logic behind the effect is that you have removed false stimulation and simulation (masturbation and porn

respectively). Thus, the mind must expand and expel what it considers sexual. Fake sexuality (porn) will be expelled.

You will not entirely replace that shit with images of women bending over, lingerie, small mini skirts, pushup bras. Those

ideas will be a small piece.

In my experience, and I can't speak for anyone else who has done this also, you will replace the vast majority of your porn

stimulation with physical and emotional stimulation. For example, when I stopped watching that shit I started getting turned

on by women who didn't front. I started being turned by women who did the things that showed me they were in my corner.


I watched porn 6 months later, and I wasn't even turned on by porn.
I had to turn myself on.


If you focus on letting women know how you operate and focus on getting chose you might be able to use your dick as a

thermometer for knowing what women you can fuck and consequently what women you can break for loot.

If sex is not 'available', the best you can do is just tough it out and try to channel it into those activities and hobbies of yours, shitty I know but that's how it is.

Those images will get stronger when you stop (withdrawals are common for any addiction, it always gets worse before it gets better) but eventually you will lose your taste for porn and somewhere down the line some lucky girl will try and get in your pants. :mrgreen:

Weightlifting has helped me. I notice if I feel too energetic, weightlifting calms me down and allows me to refocus my energy on the things that must be done to move my life forward.

I got back to doing meditation and it helps a lot. There are many kinds of meditations cause there are different schools of Buddhism.

I can't explain the meditation that I'm doing cause it's a little complicated and needs to be taught from a teacher- and I'm not a teacher.

Scientific research shows that if a male does not have any form of release, testosterone levels will spike in said male about once every seven days or so. However, the testosterone levels will normalize on their own in a day or two.

Why would you torture yourself for a momentary spike in testosterone? To have more audacity with women? Something about this doesn't settle right with me....

If you want to calm your sex drive down this is fine but on a perspective of maintaining your masculinity and wanting to put on size and muscle this is a bad idea. The reason being its been known to raise estrogen levels in men which tend to have them act all sympish and feminine as some would call it on here.

But other than that go for it if it will help. I actually get hornier myself after a heavy workout day but what I would do is when given a chance I sit alone and feel this out until it dissipates. Its usually nothing more than some feeling in the body that needs attention nothing more or less.

The last time I went through anything like that I, I had quit smoking weed (after about 6 years of chronic use) for the sake of passing a piss test to start on the rigs. After a week off the pipe, I was experiencing that kind of rage (as I understand it; a symptom of elevated androgen levels due to subsiding estrogen). My T spike was from quitting weed, or so I have always believed. Incidentally I was ~24 years old. Perhaps a physical maturity thing.

My method of coping was to kick an empty 5 gallon pail around a washbay. I got a lot of satisfaction from the way I could get it to riccochet off of two walls, the ceiling and still land on the other side of the shop. People who saw that going down did not want to have anything to do with it. ...At the same time, none tried to discourage me more than once.

My suggestion, Dali, is perhaps you should try a little stimulus variance. While you wail on the heavy bag try some whittney instead of chaka. ;)

The answer is 'nothing'. Your body's natural element is sexual by nature. You are supposed to feel like this.

In fact, you are horny most, if not, all of the time. The reason you do not feel it all of the time is because you are used to it. Sooner or later your body catches up with your state of being. You may be aware that children or those who are of a younger age are able sexually attune themselves at will. It is only later in life that the sexual dysfunction problems arise. This is because the child has not yet picked up the everyday stressors that the adults walk around with.

If you deprive yourself from sexual activity, your soul calls for it - not because your soul yearns for sex, but because it yearns for joy, ecstasy, thrill, elation etc. This is why ceasing sexual activity brings back clarity of thought. Your body remembers that, above all other things, you are supposed to feel great and as a result, all other niggles in your life suddenly become minor. As your body re-focuses, it balances out your energy, leaving you with seemingly more energy than what you're used to.

The effect is very similar in the way the body needs food and water. You will find that if you are going hungry or thirsty for a couple of days, your problems regarding women, friends, family and various other 'annoying' things dissipate. It is this relinquishing which re-focuses the body energy.

The constant desire for sex will eventually go away as your body catches up to its new feeling state. When it does, it will be normal for you to have this increased energy and you will no longer notice it. You may find that you need less sleep. However, as your body is craving at the moment, the best way to feed the craving is to do something that's fun and enjoyable. By the time your body defaults to extremely high energy levels, you will find that quelling sexual activity will no longer give you more energy because your body would have already subverted to its naturally high state of being for you to be able to notice any difference.
