In a nutshell - when watching porn you are stimulating your brain to be turned on by watching two (or more) people having sex. Since porn is very available and people watch it a lot, you are developing an addiction. And like any addiction, at some level you need more of the stuff you're addicted to, because that's not enough anymore, and you condition your brain to need more and more porn.
This results for many many men at some point to get into bed with women and simply can't get an erection since they need very strong porn stimulation. I myself have this problem when sometimes with a women I find myself having a hard time getting aroused.
The cure here is to stop everything porn related completely (and also not masturbating is recommended, since people fantasize about porn during this), for between a month to three months, or the way they call it in that site - "rebooting".
