I've been thinking about self image and Conditioning lately,
Conditioning>State>Behaviour>Result

And how it is a good idea although didn't work out very well when it came to women.

In the media there are several archetypes of men, there's the bad boy jerk and the nice guy wuss, then there is the beyond social matrix image of the likes of David X, Clint Eastwood and the like.
Keeping in mind Conditioning>State>Behaviour>Result it would be a good idea to condition in to you the image of the alpha male archetype because otherwise you're swimming upstream to force a paradigm of men in to your noggin, its easier to do conditioning first.

Its easier if you just let go and let the 100% you shine through be comfortable for what you are and being proud of it of course being the guy who don't take disrespect following the fundamentals of what the kidd preaches

I tried "just doing that" it didn't work, I didn't know how, tried the sedona method too and it didn't work.

This post was supposed to be in the 'letting go' section.

There's also a lot of lonely girls out there on that particular day out with friends wondering why no guy they want is attracted to them.

It's easier for them to get what they want, this day is no exception. ;)

Grounding in its original form is actually useful. Its a form of meditation(legit meditation) that you use to center yourself. In terms of Rion's version on Yang grounding. An alpha male wouldn't meditate to videos to increase his own masculine energy. He might meditate on his own masculinity but not to increase it, simply become aware of it.

The alphaness comes with purpose, and it cannot be a purpose that is indirectly being used to get women. It has to come from your own truth. Once you find your path, everything else falls into place. and you don't need any help

Edit: A true alpha doesn't define his life through someone else's lense as well, if Eckhart Tolle says this is how the world is. Be open to the idea, but it doesn't automatically come true. Kinda the same way you decided that the community was a waste of time.
