I am curious guys whenever i have the dancing monkeys i notice that the only way that it dissipates is if i am meditating sitting up.
Why is it that when i laying down flat on the bed and taking deep breathes even if i wait for an hour and two the thoughts just boil up and the thought and tensions are still there but when i am sitting up it just kind of slowly gestates. What is so special about sitting upright when you do meditation?

Your subconscious associates laying down with sleeping. Sitting upright helps you stay alert.

Although ultimately it does not matter. I can meditate while laying down.

A tought supercharged with emotion, or vice versa.
A demon perhaps...

Not a problem at all  More of a maze to keep the mind busy so that it doesn't wander and make a mark on the real world.

No problem is unresolvable.
Not resolvable in a way you imagine maybe..
But also there is no problem

:?: I don't think so
These mazes like you describe always have emotional reason that needs to be processed

It seems to me, that (like more than 1 person here) you choose to ignore those underlying emotional reasons that would make your life easier when processed, and just go and "make a mark in the real world".
Why not do both ?

Really seems to me you're projecting here.
