Motivation play important role in meeting our fitness goals and for motivation add fun in your workouts. Set realistic goals and keep your workout journal to measure your progress. Stay close to people who encourage you, have supportive system and never forget why have you started working out. |

Just to add some advice - I've been keeping a workout log for the past month. This has led to the biggest gains weight and strength wise that I've ever experienced.
I don't keep a workout log like this myself, so I could break the routine(Monday - chest, Tuesday - chest) and just shock the muscle. )Rare( Often I just set everything very differently. Landmine sets instead of dumbbells and squats, easiest way to do drop sets, as you don't use barbell collars or a change of machine response or whatnot. There are dozens of variations. |
