+ 7 months and + 3 kg steady gains with body weight exercises and boulder lifting/throwing.
(People, this is easy if you've already been past 100 kg / 220 lbs 'ghost limit' before. )
Weight today ; 93 kg / 205 lbs
My bench press is the same.
+I will try the 225 lbs combine bench challenge for maximum reps.
(Like the one they do in NFL scouting events)
+Vertical jump training added to the program, and pistol squats left out for a while.
(My leg muscles seem to have responded to this fast.)
+Sleep 8-12 hours and not doing anything extra. Planning my next business.
I stopped learning new languages for now. My next language project
will be English grammar. (+ 300 Grammatical items)
