Guy's fucking fit!

Tempted to try that workout myself...

Seems like a lot, though.

Writing out and focusing on his workout plan (which I highly doubt is this systematic) misses the overwhelming importance of his diet. Both exercise and diet are important, but there's so much more leeway with the workout you choose to do.

Lazar Angelov wikipedia i got into it when I was really young, maybe 10-years old. Back then I loved watching action movies and I wanted to be like the action heroes in them. I admired Jean-Claude Van Damme, I wanted to be like him when I grow up (laughs). Then I got into basketball and practiced for 8 years, while lifting weights at the same time. After that I got called to the Army and when I came back from it I was out of shape, due to that 9-month pause. I played 2 or 3 more years for professional teams in our 1st and 2nd Division, but a chronic knee injury limited my performance and around 2005 I retired from basketball for good and the only thing I had left to do was bodybuilding. Soon after that, in 2006, I competed in the National Championship for Classic Bodybuilding and finished 3rd, which was great success for me at the time, given the lack of experience and the short time for preparation I had then. I really believe that persistence and discipline, which my basketball coaches taught me, helped me a lot to develop that quickly in bodybuilding. I have always been very disciplined and have had a professional attitude toward sports. I always put it in front of everything else in my life. And that hasn’t changed!
