Interesting, this is similar to convict conditioning except that you don't need a pull-up bar.

I would say this basic program is great for members that don't have much exercise experience. This program is inadequate for members that are already in decent shape and allocate time to physical fitness during the week or weekends.

I personally endorse this program for myself. I'm attempting to quit smoking, and I've been looking for something that improves VO2.

This program will be difficult for members that can't do at least 10 push-ups or squats. I glossed over the article, but it doesn't seem to tell you how long to do the wall sits. I probably missed that point.

4/5 stars and this program gets my stamp of approval for anyone attempting to lose weight.
