Ok don't know if anyone has this problem, but maybe someone will benefit from that. I had terrible problem with acne due to excessive testosterone levels. Being 27 this really sucked. So after trying tons of cosmetics, antibiotics, etc I found this cheap and amazingly effective way to cure it.
Wash your face, take more less two spoons of baking soda and mixed it with water until you get this kind of sticky mass. Rub your face with it, wash then put it on your face like amask. Keep it there for few minutes and then wash it completely. Remeber to use some moisturizer afterwards.
My skin is very, very oily so it works for me great, if your face is very dry it may cause some irritation.

Diet has every thing to do with acne.

proactive helped me. I got it for free so I use that when I get bad breakouts.

I agree with the diary, but I need protein to keep my mass at desired level. Baking soda works like a charm now and I will write later developments with it so someone may benefit.

The biggest influence on muscle is resistance exercise and muscle fiber type (which is determined by genetics). Protein intake will influence it little.
