I'm not a huge drinker, I only have one weekend every three to party. You always hear about how bad it is for muscle...but how bad is it actually for my goals..especially if it's 2 days or even 1 day out of 3 weeks.

Especially if I drink lots of water and get my vitamins the day after...

Seriously?

So its 1 day out of 21, or 2 out of 21.

That is quite a low ratio.

I think the more relevant question is how much you do party on those days and how much you drink?

Or are you really asking us to tell you to stop altogether?

You do need to have some downtime, in whatever form that takes.. Not taking it will hurt your goals also.
