You are consuming far too many calories, around 2000 should be the upper limit. Weight control is about calories in vs calories out and you don't need more than 20-30 minutes of exercise per day. Muscle building requires adequate resistance training and not excess protein. I suggest you do high-intensity interval training (HIIT) 3 times per week to get more bang for your buck. Also resistance train 3 times per week (calisthenics would be the ideal choice).
I am curious where 2000 calories comes from...my BMR alone is 2100.
