True, I just think that steroids have become so common that people have a lot of illusions about how big they are gonna get by training in a certain way.

Dont worry, here is hard to get them. You know even supplements who you bought in USA are different than italian ones, like protein powder, cause inside you have stuff that here is considered doping.

Still going strong


I experienced 25% strength gains these last 2 months,
via visualization and auto-suggestion,
going 220 lbs soon, in 2-3 months.

Don't forget to do some autogenic training (15-30min)
during your recovery period.

Yeah, sadly it's quite common with even the ladies as well... although they tend to use different ones, to keep the fat down and whatnot...

Ok, time to lose 5% body fat.

~ -500g / week

Weeks 1,2,3 Halve bread & milk
Weeks 4,5,6 Drop peanuts, increase salmon
Weeks 7,8,9 Increase training by 3 sets (outside regular training regimen, resistance bands)
Week 10 Recover
Week 11 Cut cut cut (prepared&planned 'unsustainable' cut phase (1 week only))
Week 12 Recover and plan new diet.

Week 8, looks like I'm down 4%

Easy, easier than I expected.
At 96 kg / 210 lbs I can see my abs now. ( Waist 88cm / 34,5" )

I know many that used roids right from the start.
Some of them developed mental issues, one killed himself
because of roids + his gf dumped him combo.
(suicide by road crash. The rumor was, he did zero Post Cycle Therapy)
Is it worth getting a 2½ h conniption fit for nothing,
when you get strawberry jam
and you only mildly prefer raspberry jam over strawberries?
There are only negatives to roids in the short and long run.

I think the better question to be asked is,
how strong are/were your grandparents,
and how healthy is your family in general(?)

Health/physical/mental-wise.
