With the advent of the IT industry, Kerala is developing rapidly. The state’s aesthetic features along with the recent boom of industrial sector have made the demand for residential and commercial spaces rise. This has become a boon for the kerala buildersand property dealers. They are now busy constructing villas, apartments and flats in different cities and towns in the state. They are available in different prices and designs. Many of the ventures by the builders in Kerala, especially the villas reflect the tradition of the state in their design and architecture. Tradition is something which attracts both the natives and foreigners, however urban they become. Most of the builders follow Vasthu Shastra too for their projects. Nowadays many people own luxury villas and flats in different places in the state. Such investments are sure to yield profits both in the present and future scenario. People nowadays consider it a necessity to take breaks from the hectic schedules of work and business. Many of them like to spend time alone or with kith and kin in luxury resorts and hotels. The builders offer them such resorts, especially in calm and scenic areas, which are much common in Kerala. The tourists also arrive at such places. Resorts with ayurvedic therapy centre are much in demand among them. Though competition is much high, there are lots of opportunities for the builders in Kerala to explore. |
