a few months ago I had some problems with my skin (not something that bad but still....).
A guy who knows chinese medicine told me that I should try to take organic flax oil on a regular basis because it has a lot of great qualities and esp. it is known to be good for the skin.
After three weeks my skin problem was gone and I continued to take it on a regular basis. It has many great qualities and very good for your health.
I keep it in the refrigerator and pour around one small spoon in my yogurt & mix it.
since I eat one yogurt each morning anway it's not that much trouble.
