Hi to all. I am searching some exercise that is good for legs. Actually there are lot of fat on my legs so i want to get rid of it and want to burn it. Kindly suggest me some exercises. Reply must. Thanks in advance.

Actually it's futile to target one part of your body. Your better off on a mass gaining workout (counter intuitive) but it will raise your metabolism and you'll burn more fat from your entire body.

Morpheus is correct...while you can target a muscle group to improve, the body will burn fat from wherever it decides to..so targeting fatty areas is pointless. :ugeek:
