Post subject:  Functionalities of a Healthy Lifestyle

1) Relax, gather your thoughts, plan your day.

2) Drink lots of water. At least 6 litres or so. Best spaced out during the day to keep yourself hydrated.

3) Devote some time to walking/running as the body benefits so much from movement. It was designed for movement, so stay active.
