Post subject:  Full body workout routine

After seeing that video Sniper posted, I feel inspired:

I've tried some routines here and there and my body looks decent but I feel there's still room for improvement.

I'd like some input from you guys on some exercises I could do to build this physique over time and I'll note down what I can physically do and build my own routine from there and that for 3 months.

I'm going to try carb cycling with this as well, for those that are familiar with it, has anyone experimented with it?

Carb cycling. It works if you work it. It can be quite a bit of hassle though, and also not the healthiest approach IMO.

I'm just not a huge fan of too many processed carbs, google 'paleo diet' for info on some of the negative health effects.

There are lot of exercises but few exercises are best for the whole body. I also do these exercises daily.
1. Running
2. Walking
3. Jogging
4. Dancing.
