Hey guys,

I'm doing ABS, hands and chest exercises...
when it comes to burning calories to lose lose weight, what is better:

A. to run three times a week for an hour each time
Or
B. to walk every day for an hour?

I think that running burns more calories because you sweat more and it's harder
but someone told me it's not true. So the amount of calories that you burn have nothing to do with how much you feel it's hard and sweat?

First do what Kidd Says! :D

Then you can do intervall running, I had 1 week doing that, to overcome my plateu in weight loss, and it worked nice. But it's hard

THIS!

faster, slower, faster, slower.

Push, ease off, Push, ease off.

Same with swimming, running, walking, cycling - anything similar.

I used to do it a lot with walking, works really well.. I found better than plain running.

It is not the running per se, it is the principle of the practice.

I already told you Sniper, calories in/calories out is bullshit...insulin and alpha glycerol phosphate control fat storage. Forget cardio and focus on diet and weight training.

I wouldn't say that cardio is going to burn that fat, but what I would do Sniper is you should combine the 2 resistance training and cardio into 1 workout session guarantee you you will see fast results.

I won't go no further than this because I don't know your current fitness level and I don't want you getting injured so I could recommend a book for you that can take you down the right path but it will be up to you to gauge your level of fitness and progress slowly from there.

This isn't for everybody but if your dedicated you will reap the rewards, I practice this similar to this method myself and had great results you just got to stick with it and the same can happen for you

Check out "The Four Hour Body" by Tim Ferris.

I lost a lot of weight just doing the diet. Combined with some exercise you could lose even more.

You don't build muscle in the aerobic pathway...so no, I wouldn't combine the 2

It can be done if you have the knowledge and if you involve your upper body as well as weight training or some sort of resistance. here is the link to one of the books this has information way more than some sort of certification book.

http://www.amazon.com/Cardio-Strength-T ... 977&sr=8-1

Matter of fact Kettlebells is a prime example of this kind of training because it does involve both

In my opinion both exercises are best for weight lose and calories burning. With running we can reuce weight quickly but walk is a slowly process of weight lose.
