I noticed the same thing. Damn i even heard that I built mass when I lost weight lol. I wonder what is the mechanics behind it, is it body language or something else...

I used to be too, but I find it matters less how it works and more that it does work.

I was always very interested in understanding it and pulling it apart but the I delved into it the more disconnected I was from the present moment and it threw off calibration. So I put my curiousity to bed on it.
