I know about this "documentary" for a while and found out this video, where new zealand filmmaker claims they made it, and the "spy" is south korean actor.

1. if you know anything about North Korea, you would know that this type of movie wouldn't be produced there - first it is not the style of things they produce there, secondly this movie would not be shown to the citizens.
2. South Korean from my job told me that this supposed 'north korean' in the movie has south korean accent which just assured me I was right

I find the first point questionable. There is a certain way north korean films and videos are produced, but I don't see a reason why they couldn't produce a "documentary" in this way.
The second point is valid if it's true. And if the filmaker from New Zealand speaks truth also, it seems it is not NK-made.

But, neverthless, this film quite accurately depicts the matrix, so in the end it doesn't matter if it's NKrean or not

seriously you're harshly butthurt. Video is fake see what I wrote, and fufe wrote.
It is funny not because they say about these things, it is funny because it it straight up truth rubbed in the face of western society. I was born in a country with censorship etc, so I can recognize this style of propaganda and it is pure fun. Fufe comes form other country with that past and it seems funny to him too. And yes I laughed a lot:
