So I found this ebook at this website and its completely free. Its all about rewiring your beliefs and neurology in your brain. I just did a modified exercise of my own about anxiety around women and I definitely felt strange during it. Don't know if it will have an effect, but hell its free! Heres the link, http://www.hamr.com/

Sure, its kinda like NLP. Heres the whole theory behind it.

"The hammer works by exposing one section of the brain to a new thought then activating several other major sections simultaneously. The new thought can then spread to all of the active areas at once. This effectively "forces" the brain to experience and moderate the new thought as a whole. If this new thought provides the brain with a better, easier or faster way to get the result it needs, it will secrete chemicals that "burn" the new thought permanently into place."

I gave it a try, but I really didn't see much results. Others might, thats why I figured I'd share it. But so far I've found the best way to change is just to accept yourself for who you are and stop trying to change.

It's a way to reframe beliefs using physical anchors from what I can remember. I have the book. I've tried it before and didn't get a great result, but on the other hand, I've heard from people who swear by it and overall it seems like it gets pretty positive feedback from people.
