Eric Thomas, ET the Hip Hop Preacher, is the guy talking in the video. He does seminars for athletes and all sorts of people to motivate them.

Why do 'you' [anyone] want to be "SUCCESS-ful"? What will success bring someone they don't already have? I think about it. I've "wanted to be SUCCESSFUL" for the 'wrong' reason(s); it (was) an illusion. I'm glad I understand that before a later time. edit: spelling |
