No need for bias, we should think of introverts and extroverts as two sides of the same coin. Steve Wozniak, an advocate of working alone, and the very vocal Steve Jobs complemented one another and were equally indispensable in building the world's most valuable company ever.

Of course, we can always live in the best of both worlds, depending on what the circumstances dictate. This is the grey zone, the flexibility to adapt.

I have not read the book. So many books, so little time. :)
